The Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management comprises four units, which introduce studies in business management at an advanced graduate level. The units are intended for students whose previous qualification is not in a business field.

• Ethics and legal issues in human resource management: This unit introduces key concepts and frameworks for understanding the legal and ethical context in human resource management.
• Sustainability and performance in human resource management: This unit explores workforce sustainability and performance in contemporary human resource management, providing relevant theories and frameworks to understand how organisations can sustainably engage with people in times of uncertainty and change.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management, you must have an Australian bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification, and achieved at least a credit (60%) average or an equivalent GPA.

English Requirements
