Laws and Global Studies
Laws and Global Studies is a double degree that provides a solid foundation in the concepts, procedures and reasoning of the Australian legal system and the research, analytical and communication skills of the legal profession with the skills to be a leader in social change.

- Location: On-campus at Clayton: Full time
- Duration: This course is equivalent to 5.25 years of full-time study and offered only in accelerated mode to complete in 5 years.

Entry Requirements
International Entry Requirements
- Minimum Age: At the time of enrolment in a course at Monash University, you must be at least 17 years of age.
- Academic: All Monash undergraduate courses require you to have successfully completed a minimum of an Australian Year 12 qualification (or equivalent) and achieve the required academic entry score.
- Additional requirements: Prerequisite subjects

Fees
- International fee: A$51,600 (Note: Please note: The fee information displayed is based on the 2025 rates and should only be used as a guide.)
- Fees are per 48 credit points which represents a standard full-time course load for a year.
Enrolment Obligations
International students enrolling in a CRICOS-registered course can study no more than one third (33%) of their course by distance and/or online learning. Students must enrol in at least one unit that is not by distance and/or online in each compulsory study period unless the student is completing the last unit of their course.
