Introduction to Digital Business
The Bachelor of Digital Business is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. This course aims to foster innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness in the contemporary digital world by providing a deep understanding of digital technologies and their applications in the business world.

Entry Requirements
To be considered for entry into this course, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- Minimum Age: At the time of enrolment in a course at Monash University, you must be at least 17 years of age.
- Academic: All Monash undergraduate courses require you to have successfully completed a minimum of an Australian Year 12 qualification (or equivalent) and achieve the required academic entry score.
- Additional requirements: English entry requirements and prerequisite subject requirements must also be met.
English Entry Requirements
All Monash undergraduate courses require you to satisfy English entry requirements in one of the following ways:
- English subject (Australian Year 12 equivalent): You can meet English entry requirements if you have completed an English subject in your prior secondary studies that is equivalent to an Australian Year 12 level.
- Language of instruction: You can meet English entry requirements if you have completed half a year of full-time study at Australian VET Diploma (AQF level 5) or higher at an institution where English is the language of instruction.
- English tests: If you have not met English entry requirements as outlined above, Monash accepts the following English tests where the entry scores for this course are specified.
Prerequisite Subject Requirements
You must satisfy the following prerequisite subject requirements for this course:
- English: VCE, IB Diploma Programme, or other equivalent qualifications with specified scores.
- Maths: VCE, IB Diploma Programme, or other equivalent qualifications with specified scores.
Course Structure
The course develops through the themes of specialist discipline knowledge, additional discipline knowledge, and includes elective study.
- Part A. Specialist discipline knowledge: These units will develop your capacity as a critical, creative, and ethical professional.
- Part B. Additional discipline knowledge: These additional units will allow you to delve deeper into areas of interest.
- Part C. Free elective study: These are free electives which will enable you to further your knowledge of digital business or business more broadly.
Double Degree Courses
Double degree courses allow you to study towards two different degrees at the same time and graduate with two separate qualifications.

Fees
Fees are subject to change annually.
- International fee: Note that the fee information displayed is based on the 2025 rates and should only be used as a guide.
- Fees per 48 credit points: Which represents a standard full-time course load for a year.
Enrolment Obligations
International students enrolling in a CRICOS-registered course can study no more than one third (33%) of their course by distance and/or online learning. Students must enrol in at least one unit that is not by distance and/or online in each compulsory study period unless the student is completing the last unit of their course.
