The Choices that Matter: Ethical Decision-making course is a short course that helps leaders and change-makers make ethical choices. The course is designed to provide a structured process for understanding, evaluating, and acting in the face of challenging issues.

What You Will Learn

In this program, you will learn a structured process for understanding, evaluating, and acting in the face of challenging issues. You will also learn how to proactively improve your personal, professional, and organisational ability to make good decisions under pressure.

Program Structure

The course is structured into four modules:

• Module 1: Mapping the terrain, learning how to develop a better understanding of the issue where you’ve got to make a decision.
• Module 2: Charting the course, exploring four ethical lenses that will help in identifying what is at stake in the decision you’re facing.
• Module 3: Walking the path, looking at different strategies for giving effect to the decision you’ve made and how to ensure it’s done effectively and ethically.
• Module 4: Marking the route, learn to close out an ethical decision, and identifying areas that went well or where there is room for growth.
