Program Structure

The course is structured into four modules:


  • Module 1: Mapping the terrain, learning how to develop a better understanding of the issue where you’ve got to make a decision.
  • Module 2: Charting the course, exploring four ethical lenses that will help in identifying what is at stake in the decision you’re facing.
  • Module 3: Walking the path, looking at different strategies for giving effect to the decision you’ve made and how to ensure it’s done effectively and ethically.
  • Module 4: Marking the route, learn to close out an ethical decision, and identifying areas that went well or where there is room for growth.
