Introduction to the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at Monash University

The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at Monash University is a comprehensive four-year degree that qualifies students to become accredited professional engineers. This program develops problem-solving skills, incorporates integrated work placement, and features practical hands-on design-and-build activities. Engineers play a vital role in modern society, contributing to advancements in various fields such as clean water, medical equipment, and food supplies.


Course Details

Location and Duration

  • The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) is offered on-campus at Clayton and Malaysia, with a full-time duration of four years.
  • The course commences in both first and second semesters.

Fees

  • The international fee for this course is A$56,300 per 48 credit points, which represents a standard full-time course load for a year.

Enrolment Obligations

  • International students enrolling in a CRICOS-registered course can study no more than one third (33%) of their course by distance and/or online learning.
  • Students must enrol in at least one unit that is not by distance and/or online in each compulsory study period unless the student is completing the last unit of their course.

Minimum Age Requirements

  • At the time of enrolment in a course at Monash University, students must be at least 17 years of age.

Post-Secondary Qualifications
