Year 1

• Professional Development Portfolio: introduces the professional portfolio, showing how management knowledge, skills, and behaviours grow over time.
• Enterprise and Finance: provides hands-on experience in running a company, focusing on financial skills and decision-making.
• Customer Experience Innovation: introduces innovation by focusing on customer experience, using creative thinking to come up with new ideas and testing them through market research.
• Fundamentals of Law: provides an introduction to the English legal system, focusing on how it applies to business, covering tort law, contract law, and key sources of law.

Year 2

• Legal Strategies for Entrepreneurs: helps understand key principles of employment law and how they affect business management, especially in entrepreneurial ventures.
• Sustainability and Responsible Leadership: explores what responsible leadership truly means, challenging students to critically examine the changing mission and purpose of business organisations and develop sustainable solutions.

Year 3

• International Strategic Organisation: teaches how to analyse and develop effective strategies in a fast-changing global environment, covering advanced strategic management concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Environmental Law and Sustainable Business: explores the connection between environmental law and business management, focusing on sustainability, and covers key environmental laws affecting businesses.
• Business Transformation: Consultancy Project: enhances professional profile and commercial acumen while gaining hands-on experience in a client-facing consultancy role, driving meaningful change and transformation.

Study and Assessment

• Study: a combination of lectures, seminars, and independent study, with 25% lectures, seminars, or similar, and 75% independent study in Year 1, and 20% lectures, seminars, or similar, and 80% independent study in Year 3.
• Assessment: 100% coursework in all years.

Placements

• Industrial Placement: the chance to spend a year getting a taste of professional life, developing core skills and learning about how business really operates.
• Study Abroad: the opportunity to spend up to a year overseas, studying with one of the partner institutions, learning about other cultures, improving language skills, and discovering more about oneself.

Entry Requirements

• Typical Offer: 120-128 UCAS tariff points.
• IELTS Score: 6.0 overall with no individual element below 5.5.
• UK Students: Level 3 qualifications, including GCE A levels, Pearson BTEC National Extended Diploma, Access to HE Diploma, UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma, OCR Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma, and T level.
• International Students: IB Diploma with minimum 30 points overall or 120 UCAS Tariff points from three Higher Level subjects, and IELTS 6.0 overall with no individual element below 5.5.

Fees and Funding

• Tuition Fees: still being finalised for the 2026/27 academic year.

• Employed or in Further Study: 88.7% of UK-domiciled, full-time, first-degree graduates are employed or in further study 15 months after graduation.
