Introduction to BSc (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management (Top-Up)

The BSc (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management (Top-Up) program is designed for individuals who wish to top up their credits from a previous course, such as a Higher National Diploma or a foundation degree, to earn a full degree. This one-year program (or two years with a placement) aims to prepare students for an exciting career in hospitality or tourism.


Course Overview

The program covers a wide range of topics, including hospitality cross-cultural management, global tourism development, hotel operations tactics and strategy, management and leadership in hospitality, tourism crisis and risk management, and international strategic hospitality and tourism management. Students will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through hands-on modules and a work placement after the course.
