Overview of the Social Work MSci Program

The Social Work MSci program at the University of Huddersfield is an integrated Master's degree that is approved by Social Work England. Entry Requirements

• BTEC: DDM
• Other qualifications:
  • NCFE CACHE Technical Level 3 Extended Diploma / Level 3 Extended Diploma: Grade B
  • Access to Higher Education Diploma: 30 Level 3 Credits at Distinction and 15 Level 3 credits at Merit
  • 120 UCAS tariff points from International Baccalaureate qualifications including a Higher Level at grade 6
• GCSE English Language or English Literature: grade 4 or above (or grade C if awarded under the previous GCSE grading scheme)
• Satisfactory enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) and occupational health clearances prior to registration on the course
• Applicants must possess basic IT skills, including word processing, internet browsing, and use of email

Teaching and Assessment
