- 120 UCAS tariff points from International Baccalaureate qualifications including a Higher Level at grade 6
- GCSE English Language or English Literature: grade 4 or above (or grade C if awarded under the previous GCSE grading scheme)
- Satisfactory enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) and occupational health clearances prior to registration on the course
