This 9-month training program focuses on emotional intelligence and effective influencing, aiming to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate complex health and academic settings.

This advanced program is tailored to develop leaders who can combine responsibilities across health and academic settings. It is underpinned by a focus on emotional intelligence and effective influencing, ensuring that participants can successfully progress in their chosen careers.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the program, participants will:

• Have a significantly deeper understanding of the motivational, policy, and power structures and dynamics that they must navigate to successfully progress in their new roles.
• Be able to articulate their purpose, value proposition, and gains to the relevant organizations clearly and convincingly.
• Have a clear plan forward, and supports in place to progress that plan; with experience of the key negotiation situations likely to be ahead of them.
• Feel a new sense of clarity and confidence in their chosen career, supported by a strong sense of peer-network that will continue to act as a source of support, coaching, and mentoring in the longer-term.
