Program Overview

The University of Strathclyde offers a BA Hons in Business Analysis & Technology, a program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the field of business analysis and technology. Program Structure

The program is structured over four years, with the first year providing a broad-based curriculum that introduces students to a wide range of business disciplines. In the second and third years, students choose two subjects to specialize in, alongside further Management Development Programme (MDP) modules. Course Content

Learning and Teaching

Teaching is delivered over two semesters in blocks of 12 weeks, using a combination of lectures, tutorials, seminars, team-based projects, online materials, and interactive sessions. External contributors from corporate organizations are involved in teaching and assessing student presentations.

Assessment

Assessment methods include final unseen exams, individual and group coursework, business reports, case studies, essays, presentations, and learning journals. Students normally have one opportunity to be re-assessed for a failed class.
