Introduction to Construction Project Management with Sustainability

The Construction Project Management with Sustainability MSc is a unique program dedicated to developing construction managers' knowledge and expertise in sustainable practices. The program focuses on the integration of sustainable design and construction processes across a building life cycle.

Qualification and Fees

• The qualification available is MSc.
• Fees are dependent on the start date:
  • UK fee: £12,500 (academic year) and £12,900 (academic year)
  • International fee: £25,500 (academic year) and £26,300 (academic year)

Entry Requirements

• A 2:2 (55%) honors degree or equivalent international qualification in a subject related to the built environment.
• Membership of a professional institution may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Assessment and Study

• Assessment is through a mixture of exams and coursework assignments.
• Study methods include lectures, seminars, tutorials, independent study, group work, workshops, and practical sessions.

• The university has invested £6 million in building expansion and development, including new dedicated study areas and computer resources.
• Access to excellent facilities, including a 3,000 square-meter laboratory and one of the fastest high-performance computing clusters in the UK.
