The "You as Leader - Crafting Your Own Leadership Style" micro-credential is designed for individuals in management roles or those transitioning into management. The program focuses on effective communication and leadership, aiming to improve performance and professional development within organizations.

Admission Requirements

• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years professional or managerial work experience
• Language Requirements: IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL IBT 90 for non-native English speakers
• CV: Up-to-date CV required
• Entry Criteria: Open to graduates with a degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic record in any discipline from a recognized third-level institution. Applicants without a degree are welcome to apply provided they can show a proven managerial track record.

Program Content

The micro-credential covers conversation practice, coaching skills principles, and essential elements of talent management through practical exercises, tools, and techniques. It includes:

• Developing a coaching toolkit by utilizing coaching techniques with peers and in the organization
• Self-assessment and 360 feedback on emotional intelligence skills
• Practice sessions guided by professional coaches to develop skills with confidence
