Admission Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years professional or managerial work experience

- Entry Criteria: Open to graduates with a degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic record in any discipline from a recognized third-level institution. Applicants without a degree are welcome to apply provided they can show a proven managerial track record.

The micro-credential covers conversation practice, coaching skills principles, and essential elements of talent management through practical exercises, tools, and techniques. It includes:
- Developing a coaching toolkit by utilizing coaching techniques with peers and in the organization
- Self-assessment and 360 feedback on emotional intelligence skills
- Practice sessions guided by professional coaches to develop skills with confidence
