Energy Management, B.S.B.A.
Learning Outcomes
Students completing the undergraduate program in energy management will:
- Recognize the various segments of the energy industry, from points of production through consumption and end-use, identifying the economic considerations across the energy value chain.
- Communicate an understanding of the financial, economic, scientific, legal, and ethical aspects of the energy business.
- Demonstrate skills that are applicable to energy business operations across multiple industry sectors.
- Understand how energy companies function and analyze how different disciplines are integrated to impact overall business performance, stakeholder needs, and corporate citizenship.

Language Requirement (8 hours)
Students must complete or show proficiency through the first year of a modern foreign language (8 hours) or a student may meet the foreign language requirement by earning nine (9) hours of credit in American Sign Language by successfully completing CDDE 1003 - American Sign Language 1, CDDE 1013 - American Sign Language 2 and CDDE 2003 - American Sign Language 3 with a grade of at least a C in each course.

Energy Management, B.S.B.A., Additional Requirements
Energy management majors must complete ENGL 1033, MATH 1143, MATH 1243 (or higher level math courses), and ENGL 3003 with a grade of C or higher. Energy management majors must meet the college’s language requirements. Energy management majors must complete each of the Business Core courses with a grade of C or higher, except for courses designated Pass/Fail. ECON 2013 and ECON 2023 are required courses in the Business Core which are also used to fulfill part of the Tulsa Curriculum Block II requirement.
