Outcomes
An Organizational Leadership degree prepares students as leaders to advance in their organizations or launch new careers in industries like business or technology, including Management, Communications, Training and Development, Health Care, Financial Systems, and Information Systems. Graduates are also prepared for entry master's programs such as business, leadership, or psychology, or graduate school programs such as law school.

- PSYC 261 – Social Psychology: A study of the individual’s personality, attitudes, and behavior in multi-individual situations.
- ORGL 495 – Organizational Leadership Capstone: Students apply an understanding of organizational and leadership concepts, as well as effective communication skills, toward solving an organizational problem as they complete group-based projects.
