Curriculum
The certificate consists of four courses taken one course at a time for seven weeks, allowing students to earn their certification in two semesters. Foundational knowledge in math and statistics is recommended to succeed in the curriculum. Students will receive a letter grade for each course, which will be reflected on their Georgia Tech academic transcript.
- Business Analytics for Managers (MGT 6213), 3 credits: Introduces key tools in business analytics.
- Machine Learning for Business (MGT 6452), 3 credits: Applies machine learning tools to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Business Data Preparation and Visualization (MGT 6655), 3 credits: Covers the principles and tools of data visualization.
