Students in the electrical engineering master’s program come from a variety of undergraduate backgrounds. An applicant from a U.S. school should have a bachelor of science or equivalent degree from an electrical engineering program accredited by ABET. In evaluation of international applications, consideration is given to academic standards of the school attended and the content of the courses leading to the degree obtained.
