The Business Analysis - Online program is a self-paced course offered in partnership with Corporate Education Group (CEG). It provides flexibility to train at the pace, location, and time of the participant's choosing, aligning with the IIBA BABOK Guide and preparing participants to sit for the CBAP Exam.

- The program is composed of four courses and delivered on-demand for self-paced training.

- Tuition paid in full or loan tuition amount certified and received prior to program start
Certificate Requirements
- After completing the certificate program, fulfilling course requirements, and passing post-course exams, participants receive a letter grade and certificate of completion jointly issued by CEG/Duke University Management Training Programs.

- A discount of $100 off the fee is available for Duke employees, resulting in a fee of $2,395.
Policies and Procedures
Cancellation Policies
- Notice of cancellation or withdrawal should be conveyed via email, including the first and last name used to register, the title of the course/program, start date, and reason for cancelling or withdrawing.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the organization that originally processed the registration, paid only to the recipient who originally purchased the course/program, and credited to the original source of payment.
Refund Schedule
- For Instructor-led classroom-based or Virtual programs:
- If REGISTRANT cancels more than 14 calendar days prior to the Start Date, a full refund is issued.
- If REGISTRANT cancels between 14 and 7 calendar days prior to the Start Date, 25% of the course cost is retained.
- If REGISTRANT cancels less than 7 calendar days prior to the Start Date, 50% of the course cost is retained.
- If REGISTRANT withdraws after their Start Date, but prior to the midpoint of the program’s scheduled hours, 75% of the course cost is retained.
- If REGISTRANT withdraws at or after the midpoint of the program’s scheduled hours, 100% of the course cost is retained.
- For Asynchronous (self-paced) online programs:
- If REGISTRANT cancels within 3 calendar days of having received his or her login and password and has not yet logged into the program, a full refund is issued.
- If REGISTRANT cancels within 3 calendar days of having received his or her login and password and already has logged into the program, 50% of the course cost is retained.
- If REGISTRANT cancels 4 or more calendar days after having received his or her login and password, but prior to accessing 50% of the courses in the program or 50% of the modules in a course, 90% of the course cost is retained.
