  • Transcript Fee: First semester only, $120
  • Health Fee: Each semester, $484 (Fall/Spring), $350 Summer (2024 - 2025), $503.50 (Fall/Spring), $350 Summer (2025 - 2026)
  • Graduate Student Activity Fee: Fall and Spring, $18.45 (2024 - 2025), $19.00 (2025 - 2026)
  • Graduate Student Services Fee: Fall and Spring, $12.00 (2024 - 2025), $12.50 (2025 - 2026)
  • Health Insurance: Once per year, optional
  • Matriculation Fee: 1-time fee for new students, $500
  • CRNA Test Prep Fee: Once, 2nd semester of the program, $500
