307 Internet and Telecommunications Regulation

This course examines the regulation of technology, specifically the internet and telecommunications. It considers the application of antitrust law, regulations specific to particular forms of communication, and regulations aimed at particular categories of behaviors. The course also examines the First Amendment constraints on any such regulation.
