Internet and Telecommunications Regulation

This course will examine the regulation of technology—specifically, the internet and telecommunications. We will consider the application of antitrust law, regulations specific to particular forms of communication, and regulations aimed at particular categories of behaviors. We will also examine the First Amendment constraints on any such regulation.
