Program Overview
The EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) is designed for leaders in enterprises or government administration. The program aims to broaden their horizons, enrich their knowledge in management, improve leadership, establish and expand interpersonal relationships and business networks, acquire modern enterprise management theories and approaches for decision-making, and gain in-depth knowledge of international and domestic business operations.
Program Objectives
The program prepares students to meet the potential challenges from their present or future work by acquiring the capability and knowledge required for setting enterprise development strategies, conducting daily management and decision-making in business, and leading the enterprise to participate in domestic and international competition under complicated economic, social, and technical environments.

Alumni
The Antai College of Economics & Management, SJTU, has more than 5,500 EMBA alumni, who are generally executives from state-owned or state-holding enterprises, private or private-holding enterprises, foreign or foreign-holding enterprises, and government departments and institutions.
