Program Overview
Auditing Programme
The Auditing Programme allows legal professionals to attend any of the subject courses conducted by the Faculty and receive the accompanying course materials. The programme is intended for those who are unable to undergo a full graduate programme but who would like to take a particular graduate course.
Overview
Participants will attend and observe courses taught by our instructors and which are conducted together with the LLB, JD, LLM and other graduate students. Applicants are exempted from course requirements (such as presentations, class projects, assignments or examinations) and are expected to abide by the guidelines of the respective course instructors on class participation. Participants will be issued Certificates of Participation if they have attained at least 75% attendance for the classes of the relevant course.
Classes will be conducted at the Bukit Timah Campus.
Course Duration
The following are the course commencement periods for the different types of course:

Details of the finalised class schedules will be sent to participants once registration is confirmed. The number of places available for each course is limited and registration will be on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
Successful applicants will receive confirmation of their application 1 week before the start of the course.

Course Fee
- Course Fee: SGD 1,744.00 per course (inclusive of 9% GST)
- SkillsFuture Credit: NUS Law Auditing Programme is a SkillsFuture Credit-eligible Programme. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their SkillsFuture Credits to offset part of the course fee for this programme.

- Terms & Conditions: NUS Law Academy reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel the course, change the course location, or change or amend course structure or content.
Full refund will be given to an applicant if the application is unsuccessful or the applicable course is cancelled. No refund will be given in any other circumstances.
SILE-CPD Points
Participants who wish to obtain CPD Points are reminded that they must comply strictly with the Attendance Policy set out in the CPD Guidelines.

Other Information
- The Auditing Programme is not meant to allow auditing participants to raise issues not directly relevant to the course material or hypothetical case studies used in teaching.
- Overseas applicants are not eligible to apply for Student Visa. They will be required to apply for their own entry Visas / Visit Passes from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- Successful enrolment in the programme does not entitle participants to library privileges and a separate application may be made to the NUS Libraries for the use of their facilities and resources under their usual terms and conditions.
- There is also no access to NUS student and sports facilities.

- relevant work experience
