The Inclusive and Participatory Methods for Policy Making program is designed to equip participants with practical tools and frameworks to engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders and navigate complex policy terrain. Through hands-on, interactive sessions, participants will sharpen their skills, expand their perspective, and learn to co-create policies grounded in lived experience and societal insight.

• Policy officers or analysts who manage public engagement roles or policy co-creation initiatives.
• Policy consultants, community-based organisations, non-profits, and NGOs who are managing public communication roles or citizen engagement initiatives.
• Any individuals and professionals who are interested in learning about meaningful citizen engagement that goes beyond consultation methods.

Program Format

• This will be an on-campus program that consists of lectures, group activities, and panel discussions with faculty.
• Attendance for all in-person sessions is compulsory.
• Maximum class size of 30 people.

Certificate of Completion

At the end of this program, participants will be conferred a Certificate of Completion.

• Early Bird (until 30 Sept 2026): S$3,992* + 9% GST
• Standard Fee: S$4,990* + 9% GST
• Group Package: One complimentary place will be offered for every 3 participants paying the standard fee.
• *Fee is inclusive of lunch, refreshments, and learning support materials.
