The "Women in Leadership: Advancing Together" program is a flagship initiative designed to empower and inspire women leaders to thrive in their roles and drive positive change in their organization and community. This 4-day program aims to promote and support women's leadership for a better future.

About The Programme

“Women in Leadership: Advancing Together” is a platform for women to connect, learn from each other, and advance together as leaders. The program covers essential leadership principles, effective communication strategies, and the importance of managing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Target Audience

• Aspiring women leaders who are keen to accelerate and excel in their careers
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience (with or without people management experience)
• Any individuals who are interested in pursuing personal growth and strengthening their leadership skills

Programme Fees

• Early Bird (until 31 January 2026): S$3,960* + 9% GST
• Standard Fee: S$4,950* + 9% GST
  • Group package: One complimentary place will be offered for every 3 participants paying the standard fee
• *Fee is inclusive of lunch, refreshments, and learning support materials.
