Advanced Professional Certificate in Digital Leadership and Strategy

Programme Overview

The Advanced Professional Certificate in Digital Leadership and Strategy is designed to equip learners with the competencies to lead and transform businesses effectively in the digital economy.

Programme Objectives

The programme aims to equip learners with the following competencies:

• Apply leadership agility and transformation skills to lead and transform the business effectively
• Identify the organisation's digital transformation journey and create a robust change plan to address today's issues and prepare the organisation for the future
• Design dynamic business models based on system dynamics
• Understand the digital transformation pillars, stages, and ability to assess one's own organisation's maturity level
• Understanding the dimensions of enterprise agility, identifying the relevant KPIs to measure and reflect on use case implementations, and identifying lighthouse projects to jumpstart digital transformation tasks
• Develop technology capability as a core differentiator for the organisations and learn to manage human capital for a digitally driven organisation
• Develop and Implement Project Management Skills as well as manage people and organisations.
