The Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation – Digital Capability and Agility is a programme designed to equip learners with the competencies to develop, implement, monitor, and fine-tune digital transformation strategies in an agile manner.

The programme aims to provide learners with a total solution in developing, implementing, monitoring, and fine-tuning digital transformation strategies in an agile manner.

Programme Objectives

The programme objectives are to:

• Introduce the concepts of digital transformation and maturity model
• Equip learners with the competencies to develop, implement, monitor, and fine-tune digital transformation strategies in an agile manner
• Provide learners with the knowledge and skills to assess their organisation's digital maturity stage
• Enable learners to identify the relevant KPIs to measure and reflect on use case implementations
• Equip learners with the knowledge and skills to identify lighthouse projects to jumpstart digital transformation journey
• Provide learners with the knowledge and skills to build technology capability as a core differentiator for the organisation
