- Session 1: Introduction to Negotiation, Planning for Negotiation, Distributive Negotiation, and Job Negotiation
- Session 2: Influence Tactics, Agents & Negotiation, Cross Cultural Negotiation, Group Negotiation, and Assignment
- Session 3: Intra Group Negotiation & Influence
- Session 4: Multi-issue Negotiation
- Session 5: Management-Union Negotiation Case Study
- Session 6: Dispute, Conflict Management, Cross Cultural Negotiation Case Study, Group Negotiation, and Demonstration
- Session 7: Mediation, Trade Policy Negotiation Case Study, Coalitions, Group Negotiation, and Project Presentation
