NUS Certificate in Digital Solutions Development – Agile Software Delivery

This course is part of the Digital Solutions Development program and focuses on Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, and MLOps. The course covers:

• Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, and MLOps are interconnected concepts that organizations often integrate to improve their software development and deployment processes.
• Implementing automated security testing in the CI/CD pipeline to identify and address security vulnerabilities early in the development process.
• Applying continuous monitoring practices to both traditional software components and machine learning models enables the detection and response to security incidents and performance issues.
• Applying version control to both code and machine learning models to track changes effectively.
• Automating the deployment of models using MLOps practices, ensuring reproducibility and consistency in different environments.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement where teams learn from incidents, update security measures, and enhance models based on feedback.

The course is targeted at individuals who are interested in implementing DevSecOps & MLOps Engineering and Automation methods in their projects. Prerequisites include having some understanding of how IT solutions can be used in the real world and completing the Graduate Certificate in Digital Solutions Development - Web Applications.

The course format includes lectures and workshops, and participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon attending at least 75% of the course. The assessment method includes a workshop, course assignments, and a written examination.

The course fee is S$5,000, with an additional 9% GST, making the total nett course fee payable S$5,450. A Student Service Fee of S$25.23 is also applicable for every regular semester.

Instructors for the course include Mr. Chandrasekaran PARAMASIVAM and Mr. Kenneth PHANG, both Senior Lecturers & Consultants in the Software Systems Practice.

Participants are advised to refer to the acceptance email sent one week prior to the commencement date for course confirmation and venue details. The course will be held at NUS-ISS, 25 Heng Mui Keng Terrace, Singapore.
