Agile Fundamentals Course

The Agile Fundamentals course is designed to empower learners to kickstart their Agile journeys by adopting the correct mindset to apply best practices, both at an individual and team level within the organization. The course includes:

The course covers the basics of Agile practices, emphasizing flexible development approaches and early, frequent releases of product to users.

• Articulate what Agile is, why it is important, and how it is different from the traditional way of working.
• Differentiate the fixed mindset, growth mindset, and agile mindset.

Structure

The course duration is 3 weeks (online), with a time commitment of 2 to 4 hours per week. The course includes 2 synchronous live sessions, group activities, discussions, feedback, and interactions.

Learners are required to attend the mandatory Live Sessions scheduled (via Zoom) as part of the course requirement. The live sessions are scheduled as follows:

Who Should Attend

This course is appropriate for all professionals who are getting ready to embark on using Agile to deliver value in their work.

Fees And Funding

The course fee is SGD 300 (including GST) for learners residing in Singapore and USD 250 for learners residing outside Singapore.

Things To Note

Learners are expected to set aside time for group activities beyond the live sessions. The NUS-ISS Certificate of Completion will be issued to learners who have met the course requirements successfully. All classes are subject to confirmation, and NUS-ISS will send an acceptance email to learners one week prior to the commencement date.
