Professional Diploma in Health Service Transformation - Capstone Project

The Professional Diploma in Health Service Transformation is intended for people leading change in the health and social sector. The programme equips change leaders with innovation mindsets, frameworks, methods, and tools, and prepares them for digital transformation initiatives. To attain the Professional Diploma, participants must complete the following courses:

• Agile Fundamentals for Health Services The Capstone Project is a 3 to 6 months long project that demonstrates the ability to apply what was learned in the context of health and social service transformation.

Who Should Attend

Individuals with at least 2 years of working experience within the health and social sector who intend to complete the Professional Diploma in Health Service Transformation.

Prerequisites

Participants must have successfully completed all the required courses and submit a project topic and scope during registration. The project scope should provide opportunities for the application of approaches taught, and the project needs to be endorsed by the participant's organisation and project sponsor and process owner.
