Professional Certificate in Digital Organisation Models

The Professional Certificate in Digital Organisation Models is a course that covers:

• Understanding Digital Business Concepts
• Analysing Industry Trends and Market Forces

• Building a Digital Organisation
• Developing Leadership Capabilities
• Planning Digital Transformation
• Creating Your Digital Model Canvas

The course is suitable for senior executives with transformation, innovation, e-business, organisational excellence, and/or change management responsibilities. Participants should have at least 10 years of professional experience and prior knowledge of digitalisation or digital transformation.

The course requires a total commitment of 12 learning days, with a balanced blend of ~50% synchronous in-person sessions and ~50% asynchronous self-paced learning. Participants must attend at least 75% of the course and attain a minimum overall score of 50% to be awarded the NUS-ISS Professional Certificate in Digital Organisation Models.

The course is part of the Master of Technology in Digital Leadership Programme offered by NUS-ISS. It is eligible to stack to the Master of Technology in Digital Leadership degree, requiring an average of 60% across all relevant Professional Certificate courses.
