Introduction to NUS Business School
The NUS Business School offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs, including the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Science (MSc) programs, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Executive MBA, and PhD programs.
Undergraduate Programs
BBA Program
The BBA program is a four-year honors program that requires students to complete 160 units to graduate. Students can declare Real Estate as their primary major before the end of their 4th semester.
BSc (Real Estate) Program
The BSc (Real Estate) program is a four-year honors program that requires students to complete 160 units to graduate. The program structure includes university requirements, program requirements, and unrestricted electives.

The Real Estate Finance Specialization is available to students who complete a set of distinctive courses, including:

Concurrent Degree Program
The Concurrent Degree Program allows students to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Master of Urban Planning concurrently.
Internship Programme
The Internship Programme provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the real estate industry.
Dean's List
The Dean's List is awarded to students who meet certain criteria, including a minimum Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) of 4.50 and completion of at least 16 units of letter-graded courses.
Research Areas
