Program Overview

NUS Lifelong Learning (L3) - Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Tech Professionals

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Tech Professionals (Job Redesign Reskilling) supports organisations who are looking to realign or restructure their ICT workforce amidst dynamic business or digital transformations.

Our team of skills managers will assist you in mapping your ICT training needs, offering training plans and standard training packages.

Programme Focus

The CCP focuses primarily on four critical domains essential for ICT professionals:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Data Analytics
  • Cloud and Mobility
  • Software Engineering

About the CCP

Workforce Singapore (WSG)’s CCP offers employers salary support to facilitate the reskilling and transition of mid-career new hires or existing employees into new job roles with promising prospects.

There are three main modes of the CCP:

  • Place-and-Train: The Company hires a jobseeker and puts the individual through on-the-job training (OJT) or industry-recognised training to take on a new growth job role.
  • Attach-and-Train: The company acts as a host employer to provide the jobseeker with training and work attachments, in growth job roles with good prospects for placement.
  • Job Redesign (JR) Reskilling: The Company sends an existing employee for reskilling, to take on growth job roles aligned to industry Transformation Maps (ITMs) / Jobs Transformation Maps (JTMs).

Funding Information

WSG funding support will be provided to employers. Employees can look forward to salary support of up to 90% (capped at $7,500 per month for the duration of the CCP which ranges from 3 to 24 months), depending on the CCP mode.
