Program Overview

The AI FOR LEADERS: HARNESSING GENERATIVE AI FOR HR program is designed to equip leaders and managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead the journey of incorporating AI in their people management practices. This 3-day course aims to provide participants with an understanding of the HR landscape and future of work, applying AI's potential to real HR use cases, and enabling and engaging stakeholders.

The program focuses on three main areas:


  • Landscape: Understanding the underlying facts and myths about AI, General AI, Machine Learning, human capital in the age of AI, the AI-enhanced employee, and the AI-enhanced organisation.
  • Potential meets reality: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding people, talent development, performance management, and true bite-sized, on-demand, on-the-job learning anywhere, anytime.
  • Enabling and disabling stakeholders: Laws, jurisdictions, privacy, managing the vendor, ethical use in the organization, diversity goals, and sustainability goals vs power-hungry AI.

Course Fee Funding

All self-sponsored Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use available funds in their SkillsFuture Credit account to pay programme fees.
