• Employment Terms (e.g., Non-compete clauses, penalty clauses, intellectual property, confidentiality)
• Statutory Obligations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF Act, Retirement and Re-employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act)
• Employment Termination (e.g., Retrenchment, Unfair Dismissal)
• Discrimination (e.g., TAFEP) and Harassment
