Double Master Degree in Public Policy and Business MPP-MBA
Overview
The Double Master Degree in Public Policy and Business MPP-MBA is a programme offered by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Admissions Criteria
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A good undergraduate degree
- Minimum two years of professional experience. For the MPP programme, candidates must demonstrate maturity and commitment towards the public service. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Good GMAT/GRE score
- Good TOEFL/IELTS score (if medium of instruction in undergraduate study was not in English).
TOEFL: Minimum 100 for internet-based test. IELTS: Minimum score of 7 - Applicants interested to apply for the NUS MBA-MPP double degree programme must fulfil both admissions requirements by the NUS Business School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Application Deadline
Applications are open from 01 August to 31 December for every Academic Year.
Application Checklist
The following documents are required for application:
- Online application form
- Degree scrolls and academic transcript (including grading description)
- Curriculum vitae or Resume
- TOEFL / IELTS*
- GMAT, mandatory for MBA application
- Personal Statement (no more than 500 words)
- 2 letters of references – 1 professional reference and/or 1 academic reference
The following test scores are accepted as well:
- TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition
- IELTS Indicator
Applicants with qualifications attained in English-medium institutions in Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, the UK or the US are exempted from providing test score. For qualifications attained in countries not mentioned above, if your Bachelor or Master degree was conducted entirely in English, TOEFL or IELTS test scores may be waived if you provide a letter from your institution.
