Master of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology)
Joint Final Master of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) / Final FRCR (Part B) Examination
The examination consists of two written assessments and two Viva Voce stations. The written examination will be delivered on a digital platform, and candidates should familiarise themselves with the platform prior to the exam. The Viva Voce stations will be conducted in a hybrid mode, where candidates and examiners will be present on-site, communicating via video conference.

Examination Overview
The exam comprises two written assessments and two Viva Voce stations, each with a pair of examiners and 30 minutes duration. Candidates will have access to functions for manipulating the displayed images.
Admission
Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must:
- Have completed 34 months of Clinical Radiology Training
- Have passed the FRCR 2A Examination
Application
Separate online applications are required for the respective examination(s). A completed application would have fulfilled the following:
- All required fields are accurately filled, and all supporting documents are uploaded into the system.
- The non-refundable application fee payment is successful and supported by Tax Invoice (also known as the receipt), which is downloadable from the system.
The following documents must be submitted together with the application:
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Certified true copy / scanned coloured copy of the following documents (Official English translations will be required for stamps or certificates that are not in English):
- FRCR Part 2A result letter
- Confirmatory Letter from Training Supervisor
- Recognised basic medical degree
- Identification documents:
- NRIC: for locals / permanent residents
- Employment Pass and Passport: for foreigners (residing in Singapore)
- Passport: for foreigners residing outside Singapore

Withdrawal Policy
All withdrawal and refund requests will be subject to 10% administrative charges capped at SGD500.00. The Division will generally consider providing refunds to candidates under the following circumstances:
- Medical – Refund request must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
- Pregnancy – Refund request must be accompanied by a medical report.
- Involvement in an accident, e.g. victim of crime, accident or disaster – Refund request must be supported by evidence such as a medical report and/or police report.
- Compassionate grounds - Bereavement in the immediate family refers to the loss of parent(s), grandparent, sibling, spouse, or child and must be supported by relevant documents such as a death certificate, proof of the relationship, etc.

Important Information
Due to the limited placements for the Singapore examination, priority will be given to Singapore local trainees, residents and applicants who are working in Singapore. Overseas applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Programme Overview
This 2-day short course is modelled after the Final MMed(Diag Rad) / Final FRCR Part B Examination and aims to equip learners with the necessary skills to interpret and report radiological findings from multiple imaging modalities.
Assessment / Examination
The mock exam consists of written assessments and Viva Voce stations:
- Written Assessments: Includes both long and short cases, delivered via a digital platform that mirrors the actual exam system.
- Viva Voce Stations: Conducted in a hybrid format with candidates and examiners on-site, interacting through video conferencing.
Admission
Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a recognised basic medical degree.
- Have passed the FRCR 2A Exam.
Application
Applicants are required to submit an online application via DGMS Online System for Course Applications (OSCA) by the closing date. A completed application would have fulfilled the following:
- All required fields are accurately filled, and all supporting documents are uploaded into the system.
- The non-refundable application fee payment is successful and supported by Tax Invoice (also known as the receipt), which is downloadable from the system.

- Recent passport-sized photograph
- A certified true copy/scanned coloured copy of the following (Official English translations will be required for stamps or certificates that are not in English):
