Program Outline
The program consists of 7 online sessions:
- Introduction & Balance Sheet: Key financial statements, business financing, net worth determination, and working capital management.
- Income Statement: Differences between cash and accrual accounting systems, profit margins computation, and EBITDA.
- Cash Flow Statement & Budgeting: Cash balance and cash flow differences, sustainable cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Time Value of Money (TVM) & Cost of Capital: Future value, present value, discount rate, and number of periods relationships.
- Capital Budgeting: Importance of capital budgeting, Net Present Value (NPV) calculation, payback method, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
- Ratio Analysis: Key financial ratios calculation and interpretation, Du Pont Analysis, and financial performance comparison.
- Review & Assessment: Review of key concepts and assessment.
