The Financial Analysis and Business Decisions for Non-Finance Managers program is designed to enhance business acumen and financial analysis skills. This workshop focuses on the practical applications of accounting and financial principles in a business environment, using accelerated learning methodology to provide an impactful learning experience.

Program Outline

The program consists of 7 online sessions:

1. Introduction & Balance Sheet: Key financial statements, business financing, net worth determination, and working capital management.
2. Income Statement: Differences between cash and accrual accounting systems, profit margins computation, and EBITDA.
3. Cash Flow Statement & Budgeting: Cash balance and cash flow differences, sustainable cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Time Value of Money (TVM) & Cost of Capital: Future value, present value, discount rate, and number of periods relationships.
5. Capital Budgeting: Importance of capital budgeting, Net Present Value (NPV) calculation, payback method, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
6. Ratio Analysis: Key financial ratios calculation and interpretation, Du Pont Analysis, and financial performance comparison.
7. Review & Assessment: Review of key concepts and assessment.
