The Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting (ECOC) is designed to address the growing demand for highly skilled and academically trained executive coaches and organizational consultants. Students will be prepared to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness through coaching leaders as well as consulting with leaders on organizational culture, systems, and design.

• Career opportunities in organizational consulting exist in large multi-practice consulting firms and in niche boutique firms.
• Many consultants also operate as solo practitioners.

Accreditation

• The NYU MS in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Level 2 ICF Accredited Coaching Education Provider.
