Interdisciplinary Studies, PhD
Overview
The PhD in interdisciplinary studies requires a minimum of 72 s.h. of graduate credit. Students accepted to the PhD in interdisciplinary studies may work with the Graduate College to include a self-defined subprogram as part of the degree title. The self-defined subprogram is a tailored and topical subtitle for the PhD in interdisciplinary studies and typically identifies the focus of students' courses and/or scholarship.
Requirements
- A comprehensive exam, final exam, and thesis are required.
- Coursework is approved by the Graduate College and the student's advisory committee and must be numbered 3000 or above.
