Interdisciplinary Business Honors
Program Overview
Interdisciplinary Business Honors Program
The Interdisciplinary Business Honors Program is designed for exceptional students from all majors across the University of Maryland. Introduced by the UMD Honors College and the Robert H. Smith School of Business in Fall 2022, this two-year program features an advanced and unique interdisciplinary approach.
Program Description
All IBH students are required to live in the IBH living-learning community, located in Prince Frederick Hall, for their first year. The program combines access to cutting-edge professional and technical business skills with broader thinking about the role of business in the world, and in relation to multiple academic fields.
