Location and Acknowledgement
The School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability is located in Environment 2 (EV2) on the University of Waterloo campus. The university acknowledges that much of its work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg, and Haudenosaunee peoples. The main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. The university is actively working toward reconciliation through research, learning, teaching, and community building, coordinated within the Office of Indigenous Relations.
