The Engineering Wellness Program is designed to support the well-being of students, faculty, and staff in the Faculty of Engineering.

The program aims to promote a culture of wellness and provide resources and support to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.

The program is based on the nine dimensions of well-being, which include:

- Physical Well-being
- Spiritual Well-being
- Vocational Well-being
- Intellectual Well-being
- Emotional Well-being
- Relational Well-being
Framework & Strategic Initiatives
The program has a framework and strategic initiatives in place to support the well-being of the engineering community, including community input and feedback, and a framework and implementation plan.

More Feet on the Ground!
More Feet on the Ground is a free online course that provides training on how to recognize, respond, and refer students experiencing mental health issues on campus.
Two Ways to Complete Your Certificate
There are two ways to complete the More Feet on the Ground certificate:
- In-Person: Join a session on the Waterloo Campus
- Online: Complete the 20-minute module on the More Feet on the Ground website
