Payment Methods

You must pay your tuition and fees by June 6, 2025, to reserve your place in iBASE. Payments can be made from a Canadian bank or from a bank in another country.

Payment from a Canadian Bank

There are two ways to pay your fees from a Canadian bank:

  1. Bank Payment: Add Renison University College as a bill payment "payee" and use your student ID number as the "account number".
  2. Certified Cheque, Money Order, or Bank Draft: Payable to Renison University College, including your student number and name on the memo line of the payment.

Payment from a Bank in Another Country

  1. Convera GlobalPay for International Students: This is the preferred method of payment.
  2. Certified Cheque, International Money Order, or Bank Draft: Payable to Renison University College, including your student number and name on the memo line of the payment.

Program Refund

The iBASE program fee includes a $200 CAD non-refundable administrative fee. If you are unable to attend iBASE, you may apply for a refund by submitting your cancellation request before the first day of the program, July 7, 2025. You will be eligible to receive the amount you paid to Renison, less this $200 fee and any applicable banking fees.

Additional Information

Awards and bursaries are available during your undergraduate studies. The cost calculator is a good tool to help you estimate your tuition and living expenses. Support may be available if you are concerned about covering the tuition for the iBASE program.
