Certificate Program

The Center for Leadership Studies encourages all Illinois Institute of Technology students to build their leadership skills as an important part of their personal and professional development. While all Leadership Academy scholars receive the certificate in leadership studies when they graduate, any non-academy Illinois Tech student can earn the certificate upon completion of 40 hours of academy-sponsored events.

Program Description

The certificate in leadership studies provides an opportunity for students to engage with academic thought leaders, leadership training professionals, and executives to build a repertoire of knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in leadership positions. Obtaining the certificate shows a dedication to sustained personal growth and leadership development that students can reference and utilize throughout their job search and well into their professional careers.
