Program Overview

Introduction to the Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Business Administration Program

The Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Business Administration simultaneous degree is one of the track options within the M.E.T. program. This program combines studies in Mechanical Engineering (ME) with a Business Administration degree, providing students with the ability to design systems, components, or processes that meet desired needs within various constraints. These constraints include economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability considerations.

The Business Administration degree adds business knowledge, enabling students to analyze and communicate the organizational impact of proposed engineering solutions.
