Announcement
Admissions for 2025 cohort starts in September 2024. This Taught Postgrad programme is designed to help you enhance your ability to achieve business objectives by providing the knowledge and skills needed to develop, retain, and manage subordinates. The programme starts with foundation courses in strategy and organizational behaviour, which provides the basis for understanding organizations and employees. Key managerial knowledge and skills are provided through courses concentrating upon leadership, collaborations, communications, and employee engagement.
The programme finishes off with a practical internship in organization management where students will engage with actual organizations. Past organizations have been multinational corporations, local SMEs, and NGOs. A few selected students may also participate in an overseas business study trip.
