The BBA Global Operations Management major, formerly known as BBA Business Operations Management, is one of two majors offered by the Department of Decision Analytics and Operations. Operations management (OM) is the art and science of transforming ideas into actions, focusing on cost efficiency, customer responsiveness, and operational flexibility to achieve operational excellence.
