The program is designed to cultivate innovative, compound, and applied process management professionals and industrial leaders with strong planning, organization, leadership, coordination, control, and decision-making abilities, as well as systematic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Program Objectives

The program aims to:

• Integrate process management and management science and technology to develop students' systematic knowledge, systematic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Foster students' ability to apply process management ideas, theories, and methods to solve practical problems.
• Develop students' international vision and competitiveness.

Program Structure

The program consists of three main directions:

1. Non-full-time master's degree in process management and management field: The program focuses on research directions such as process management, construction process management, information process management, and financial process management. The program is taught in a flexible schedule, with classes held on weekends, and the study period is three years.
2. Full-time master's degree in process management and management field: The program focuses on research directions such as intelligent manufacturing systems, service engineering, human-centered process management, and big data analysis and application. The program is taught in a full-time schedule, and the study period is two and a half years.
3. Non-full-time master's degree in logistics process management and management field: The program focuses on research directions such as cross-border e-commerce supply chain management. The program is taught in a non-full-time schedule, and the study period is three years.

Program Outcomes

Graduates of the program will be awarded a master's degree in process management and management and a graduation certificate from Zhejiang University. Those who meet the requirements will also be awarded a professional title certificate from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.
