The Leadership in Strategic Enrollment Management program is designed to help education leaders and enrollment professionals assess and improve their current systems using a collaborative, data-informed approach. This approach will help recruit, enroll, and retain students while paving the way for their social and academic success.

Leadership in Strategic Enrollment Management takes place on the Harvard Graduate School of Education campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It is one of the few in-person enrollment management programs that offers in-person learning and is university-based.

Leadership in Strategic Enrollment Management is recommended for higher education leaders and admissions professionals involved in student enrollment and retention. Since strategic enrollment management is collaborative, teams should include a cross-section of stakeholders, including:

- Staff from departments such as enrollment, management, marketing, communications, financial aid, student success, student services, and institutional research
Tuition
The tuition covers all instructional materials, a daily continental breakfast and lunch, and beverages and light refreshments during scheduled breaks. Travel, lodging expenses, and most dinners are not included in this fee.
Executive Certificate in Higher Education Leadership
This program counts toward the Executive Certificate in Higher Education Leadership. Complete this program and two additional qualifying programs within 36 months to earn a distinguished credential designed to strengthen leadership capacity and help meet the evolving challenges of higher education.
